Electrical

Electrical

Clean, code, and done right — from a single outlet to a panel upgrade.

Outlets, fixtures, panels, wiring, and troubleshooting. Pat takes electrical seriously — because it's the trade where shortcuts hurt people.

What Pat does for Electrical.

  • Troubleshoot dead outlets, breakers that trip, and flickering lights
  • Install fixtures, fans, chandeliers, and recessed lighting
  • Replace and upgrade outlets, switches, and GFCIs
  • Panel upgrades and sub-panel installs
  • EV charger installation
  • Whole-house surge protection

What Makes Pat Different

Pat treats every electrical job like an inspector is going to open the box tomorrow. Tight connections, neat runs, labeled breakers — the kind of work you only notice when you finally see someone do it badly.

Common electrical jobs.

Install ceiling fan or chandelier
Add a circuit for a new appliance
Outlet not working or sparking
Breaker keeps tripping
Old panel upgrade (Federal Pacific, Zinsco, etc.)
EV charger install

Honest Warning

When Pat will pull a permit even if you'd rather skip it

Some jobs legitimately need a permit — and they protect you when you sell the house. If you ask Pat to skip it on those, he'll politely decline. That's a line he won't cross.
